In 1837, he
had to find another way of living due to the family
financial situation is worse than before. He taught
at ¡§Anli Society¡¨ in Middle Taiwan and attained
the recognition of Lushifeng who is an abundant
rich man locally. They became friends bridging
significant age difference later.
Lu family was a scholarly family and had a famous
den named ¡§Xiaoyunxuan¡¨. The quantity of the private
collection of books could be the number one in
Taiwan. Wuziguang lived here and was treated with
courtesy. The descendents of Lu family could be
outstanding due to the teaching of Wuziguang.
Wuziguang taught all his life with indefatigable
zeal. Since 1852, he has taught in Zhuqian (Xinzhu)
and Maoli (Miaoli), and his tracks were between
Danshui and Zhanghua. In 1867, he was engaged the
service of Wenying Academy (located at the present
Anli Elementary School). People said that Qiufengjia
has ever accepted the education here when he was
young. As a result, the styles of writing are prosperous
and the scholars stand out one after another. It
could be the leader of education and writing in
Middle Taiwan.
