Zhanglihun learned from Zhengguchen, Weimaocai and Xiesongchen when he was young in the knowledge of Chinese Literature. He joined the Oak Society in 1906 and then wrote ˇ¨Nancun Poetry and Articlesˇ¨ and ˇ§the Diary of the Host in Shuizhu Residenceˇ¨. He has ever hosted the village head,the ground administer, the forest and countyside investigator, the according person and the councilor of water conservancy in more than twenty years.
Zhanglihun was selfless, he reconciled the quarrel, did good things happily, showed fillal obedience for parents, and run his home industriously and thriftily. He donated his money to repair the temple , build the bridge and pave the road without any exception. Furthermore, he studied Chinese Literature in the old-style private school when he was young. He was great both in literary grace and penmanship. The couplets of the pillars and inside the temple, the inscription on the stele at Fengyuan Ciji Shrine were all written by him |

Zhanglihun have written twenty-eight volumes of diaries for thirty-one years from 1907 to reflect and record the economics, the human beings and the ceremonies and customs at that time. What he wrote has become the non-governmental treasure of historic records in Fengyuan City .
